ElevenLabs makes the bee speak out loud in a human-sounding voice. It's optional. Free tier covers ~20 short conversations per month. If you don't want voice, just leave the toggle off — text chat works perfectly fine on its own.
No. The plugin adds ~30KB of CSS and JS, loaded after your main content. No third-party trackers, no external API calls until a visitor actually clicks the bee. We tested with Google PageSpeed and Hostly adds less than 15ms to render time.
Yes. Tested on Astra, GeneratePress, Kadence, Twenty Twenty-Four, Divi, Elementor pages, Beaver Builder, and Bricks. The bee lives in a scoped container — it can't conflict with your styles. If you find a theme that breaks it, email us and we'll fix it within 48 hours.
