These Terms govern your access to and use of Hostly ("Hostly", "we", "us"), the voice-enabled AI website assistant sold at hostlybot.com. By purchasing or using Hostly you agree to these Terms.
Hostly is a chat-and-voice assistant that you install on your own website via a snippet of code. It answers visitor questions, captures leads, and helps schedule appointments. Hostly runs on third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and ElevenLabs) using API keys you supply; you are responsible for your own usage charges with those providers.
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Hostly on the website(s) agreed at setup. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Hostly software or code.
Hostly is a done-for-you setup. After payment we configure your assistant and provide your install snippet, typically within 24 business hours. You agree to provide accurate business information and valid API keys needed for setup.
You will not use Hostly for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes, to send spam, or to collect data without proper consent. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of the business information the assistant relays to your visitors.
Hostly is sold as a one-time payment of $97 USD (unless otherwise stated) processed securely through PayPal. Third-party AI usage is billed to your own provider accounts and is not included.
Hostly is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific conversion, booking, or revenue results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Hostly.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
